TRIANGLE is a video work done for the book ‘Black Material’ which showcases Robert Knoke’s artwork.
Curator Jens Karlson asked me to make a short animation and get Robert Knoke’s black and white artwork as base for video. I chosed to create tense harmony between geometrical forms and organic movements. Combustion helped me to expand possibilites of Black material with his strong music and sound design.

Le court-métrage d’animation Logorama réalisé par H5 sera projeté ce Samedi pour les dix ans de la galerie Anatome. Ses concepteurs, Ludovic Houplain, Hervé de Crécy et François Alaux nous livrent les ressorts de ce défi graphique : six années de recherche et de travail pour concevoir ces quelques minutes d’images uniquement composées de logos, le temps de se réapproprier les signes graphiques qui envahissent nos villes, de faire vivres ces « intouchables », qui, détournés de la marque, trouvent une nouvelle fonction ou dévoilent une personnalité inattendue.
